Tank Allowed to Practiced

Good news for the Cowboys came Thursday afternoon, Tank Johnson will be allowed to practice with the Cowboys while serving out the remainder of his suspension. This is more of a compromise if anything, the Cowboys would like to of had Tank Johnson’s suspension lifted, but even if that were to of happened he likely would not have been able to play for two weeks anyways. As it stands now Tank Johnson will be able to play with the team for the first time in week 10 when the Cowboys head to New Jersey to play the NY Giants.

Tank Johnson was suspended during the off season for breaking the league’s personal conduct policy. Tank Johnson’s original trouble with the league started when he was caught breaking parole by owning unregistered weapons. He was subsequently released by the Bears shortly after the suspension when Johnson was pulled over in Arizona, though charges were eventually dropped.
