The AFC South is probably the best now. But I was thinking back to the days when Indy and the Pats were both in the AFC East.

i'm excited about ellis / henry / and tank...the one thing i've noticed that would help the D tremendously is getting a much BETTER PUSH from the middle (Canty / Spears / Ratfliff / Bowen)...because, even with a gr8 outside rush, any decent QB can just step up some and the outside rush goes right past them and they are than able to throw the ball.

i'm hoping Tank will improve the push from the interior linemen into the QB's face; the result = more sacks for Ellis/Ware and less issues with our DBs..

Go silver & blue

I take that back about the AFC East. Forgot that they switched all the leagues around for a sec....duh.

NFC East is the class of the NFC for sure though.

Yeah, the defense is looking encouraging. Which is a good thing since the NFC East is shaping up to be the best division in the NFC and second only to the AFC East in the league. This next stretch of 3 games against division opponents will be telling. If they come out with at least 2 wins, they should be set up to make the playoffs unless they have some meltdown afterwards.
