The Cowboys activated nose tackle Tank Johnson Monday after his reinstatement from an eight-game suspension by the NFL. Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended Johnson over the summer for violating the league’s personal conduct policy. Johnson was signed by the ‘Boys on September 19th, and was allowed to start practicing with the team on October 19th. Tank will be available for Sunday’s matchup with the division rival New York Giants. Johnson will fill the roster spot of fullback Deon Anderson, who tore his rotator cuff late in Sunday night’s 38-17 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
