Following up on my last comment, I was one of the people who wasn’t happy about how our defense did against the Skins. I think they have definitely tried to take care of the issues they may have had against the Jets and did a great job overall, especially in the secondary where we had issues before. I hope we can continue to keep that trend and be consistent and we can do well against the Packers too.

Thanks! I will admit that I have been a chief “whiner” on these blogs lately . You definitely make some really good and valid points here for being thankful this season. I definitely am, and I am also thankful that even though I don’t necessarily like living in Redskin territory, among Skins fans, I get to see almost all of the Cowboys games on account of Skins being in the same division. Even better is the fact that we beat them however small the margin. The loudest of the Skins fans are quiet for a change .

I think the problem with whiners like me is the human tendency to always look at people who are better off than you, rather than see how much better you have it compared to so many others around. Maybe it is time to just look back at it all and enjoy the season and look forward to doing the same with the rest of it rather than worrying about January or anything that might come later.
