Safety Roy Williams will have to sit out Saturday’s game after all.  The NFL denied Williams’ appeal of a one game suspension without pay on Wednesday.  Williams was suspended on Monday for his illegal horse-collar tackle on Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb in the first quarter of Sunday’s game.  Williams has violated the horse-collar rule three times this year and four times in the past two seasons.  He is expected to be replaced by Keith Davis for Saturday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.
