Ah yes, despite the slow news week around the league, the rumor mill never stop churning, and now the latest has yet another big name player changing teams going to another big name team. The rumor comes from ESPN and Rotoworld, and has the Cardinals doing a deal with the Cowboys for wide out Anquan Boldin. The Cowboys have been looking around the league for a solid number two wide out, and according to this rumor, Boldin could be the answer.
The deal goes that with Larry Fitzgerald inking a new deal that will keep him in Cardinal Land for awhile, the team would be willing to part with Boldin, who had nine TD’s last season and 853 yards in 12 games. In his career, Boldin has 413 catches for 5458 yards and 29 scores. The story does not specify what the Cowboys would have to part with to grab Boldin’s services, but one would have to think it would have to be a 1st or 2nd round pick in the draft. Boldin was the Cards second round pick in the 2003 draft.
