I would think its a tie pin. Philips can't really coach just follow orders. Romo had his 15 minutest of fame and its over. The last 3 games support that observation. Romo is inconsistent, playing like a rookie making stupid mistakes in scrambling and throwing. You know what I'm talking about. We need to get another Jimmy Johnson and handcuff Jones. To bad we can't cuff Jones in his office and it would be harder to find suitable replacements for Philips and Romo. Unfortunately the road to a super bowl requires it.
