Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Wednesday he expects to have Pacman Jones back for the 2009 season. “He’s a good player. He’s a hard worker,” said Jones, who was attending an owners meeting in Irving on Wednesday evening. “He’s certainly addressing any league issues, and you put all that in the thought process and I see him back.”
