The Cowboys on Monday signed three free agents to futures contracts, insuring they will be part of the team’s 80-man roster when training camp begins in late July. The team brought back defensive tackle Junior Siavii, who was on the roster during the 2008 camp in Oxnard, Calif. and was released on the final roster reduction date. Also signing were safety Jerome Carter and center Matt Spanos. Carter, who played college football at Florida State, was a fourth-round pick (No. 117 overall) by the Rams in 2005, remaining on their roster for 33 games until 2007.
