WR Huard Signs Second-Round Tender of $1.5 Million
Scout.com is reporting that the Cowboys have re-signed restricted free agent WR Sam Hurd, Scout.com has confirmed. The former undrafted free agent was given a second-round tender and will make a base salary of $1.545 million for 2009. With the release of veteran WR Terrell Owens, Hurd’s role is expected to increase this season.
