Could Ogletree be a Starter for Roy Williams at WR in 2010?

NBC Sports says that there’s a decent shot that Kevin Ogletree could be a starter for the Cowboys in 2010:

Beat writer Tim MacMahon believes Cowboys wide receiver Kevin Ogletree “ought to be ready to challenge” Roy Williams for a starting job with a good offseason. The coaches (and certainly ownership) aren’t ready to give up on Williams, however. Ogletree may begin eating into Williams’ snaps next season, but he’s a longshot to take the job outright.
