Former Cowboy Great Drops By

Former Cowboys pass rush specialist Charles Haley stopped by practice at the Alamodome in San Antonio yesterday. He was there to share his wealth of knowledge with the Cowboys outside linebackers and anyone else that was willing to glean some information out of one of the best to play the position.

Haley worked mostly with, the man that now wears his number, DeMarcus Ware. He was giving him some pointers and some moves to go along with, what is already, a dangerous repertoire.

Haley’s time in Dallas, while short, was very productive. He spent four seasons with the Cowboys, winning three Super Bowls. He had won two previous with the 49ers. A little known statistic about Haley is that he has more Super Bowl rings (5) than any other player in NFL history. He would be a lock for the Hall of Fame if it wasn’t for his off the field antics. He may one day get in, but today, he is helping the future of the Cowboys get to the quarterback.
