Romo & Kosier Injured

A day after another loss the Cowboys are licking their wounds yet again.  NFL.com is reporting that Tony Romo has hurt his thumb on his non-throwing hand and is going to receive x-rays today to determine the extent of the damage.  Romo threw 3 touchdowns in yesterday’s loss to the Vikings but he also threw 2 interceptions that led to 10 points by the Vikings.  The injury is not expected to force Romo to miss any time.

Guard Kyle Kosier was also injured in yesterday’s game.  He came out around halftime after he strained his achilles tendon.  Kosier was seen in a walking boot after the game and is expected to receive an MRI today.  The results will be known later today or early tomorrow.

Dallas has a long road ahead of them and they need their “leaders” if they have any shot of turning around their season.
