The Cowboys announced that the hiring of Bill Callahan as offensive line coach/offensive coordinator.
Callahan, who spent the last four seasons as the New York Jets offensive line coach, replaces Hudson Houck, who retired on Tuesday. Callahan has been a head coach at the college (Nebraska, 2004-07) and NFL level (Oakland Raiders, 2002-03), was the Raiders offensive coordinator from 1998-2001 and coached offensive lines with the Philadelphia Eagles from 1995-97.
It remains unclear whether or not head coach Jason Garrett will still handle play-calling duties.
Dallas also confirmed the addition of Jerome Henderson as the defensive backs coach, a role he served in under Cowboys defensive coordinator Rob Ryan when both were with the Cleveland Browns.
