Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin is expected to recover from hip and back injuries to play Sunday night against the Philadelphia Eagles, a source told Ed Werder of ESPN.
Austin was injured on the first play of the Cowboys’ second series in the team’s Thanksgiving Day loss to the Washington Redskins and did not return.
The 7-year veteran is second on the team in both receiving yards (727) and touchdowns (four), trailing Dez Bryant in both.
