A Ticket Preview for the Cowboys’ September Home Games

We are only a few days away from the beginning of the Dallas Cowboys’ 2013 regular season campaign.  Their opening draw will not be easy as they host Eli Manning and the Giants on Sunday evening in the first NBC Sunday Night Football game of the week.  While millions will watch on television, there will be some lucky enough to grab some seats to the game at AT&T Stadium.

Surprisingly enough, Cowboys vs. Giants is the second cheapest home game for the Cowboys this season, trailing only the second home game of the year against the Rams.  It is certainly not inexpensive with an average ticket price of $211.71, but with the later start time, as well as high-profile visits from the Broncos and Packers later in the year, it seems fans aren’t clamoring for Cowboys tickets this week.  That makes opening week potentially the best ticketing bargain for Cowboys fans this season.  Here’s a ticketing breakdown for interested fans for opening week against the Giants and the September 22nd matchup against the Rams.

Sunday, September 8th vs. New York Giants – Get-in price = $20

As mentioned previously, the average ticket price ($211.71) and the get-in-the-door price ($20) are the second cheapest of the season for any Cowboys home game.  Tickets in the lower level begin for only $111, which is less expensive than the get-in price for the December 15th game against the Packers (the cheapest lower level seats for that game? $275.)  If you’re looking for the best seats in the house, you can sit between the 40’s in the lower level for as low as $369.

Sunday, September 22nd vs. St. Louis Rams – Get-in price = $13

The cheapest game of the year, by a considerable margin, is the other September home game Week 3 against the Rams.  Lower level seating starts at just $104 and you can sit between the 40’s for $367.  September is clearly the month to attend a Dallas game this season, and if you’re looking for the cheapest option, this is the one to pick.
