Former Cowboys RB Randle Arrested On Battery, Drug Possession Charges

Joseph Randle

Former Cowboys running back Joseph Randle is once again in trouble, as the Dallas Morning News reports that he was arrested in Kansas for charges of battery, drug possession and criminal damage.

Randle obviously has major issues, as it’s his 5th arrest in 17 months. Here’s the story from the Dallas Morning News:

The Cowboys released the running back in November, a decision that may have resulted from his run-ins with authorities and allegations of involvement in sports gambling.

Earlier this month, Randle was booked into the Irving Jail on a speeding charge. Police said he had showed up at his ex-girlfriend’s home, hoping to get some sleep before driving back to Kansas.

But he wasn’t welcome there, so the ex-girlfriend’s mother called Irving police. They determined that Randle was wanted on a charge of speeding in a school zone in Coppell and arrested him.

Randle’s other arrests were connected to a shoplifting report at a Dillard’s in Frisco, a domestic violence call from his hotel room in Wichita and a dust-up at a casino in Kansas.
