Cowboys WR Brice Butler Won’t Re-Sign With Dallas Unless He’s Promised a Starting Job

Upcoming free agent wide receiver Brice Butler says he won’t re-sign with the Cowboys unless he’s promised a starting job, the Dallas Morning News reports.

“With Dallas, the situation has to be right for me to go back,” Butler said on FOX Sports 1 Thursday. “I have to be a starter. If I’m not starting, I’m not going back.”

“I think the market for me will be a little bit better.” Butler said. “So I’m definitely going to play the market. I wouldn’t mind being back in Dallas, but there’s going to have to be some changes made, and I’ll definitely voice that with the team and the organization.”
