Tony Romo practiced for the second straight day with a bruised right hand, according to Todd Archer of ESPNDallas.com. He wore a wrap on his hand Thursday after not wearing one Wednesday. During a conference call with the New York media Wednesday, Romo said he would play Sunday against the Giants.
